		A US 4th Armored Division infantryman during the Battle of the Bulge



								On DEc. 26, 1944, The 4th Armored Division delivered a belated Christmas gift to the men of the 101st Airborne. The 101st have been sorrounded by the Germ,ans in the Belgian town of Bastogne,for several days. After 5 brutal days of fighting, The 4th Armored Division linked up with the 101st. The two units broke up the siege of Bastogne, an important turning point in the BOB.
